Almond Milk:

Ingredientes:

  • 1 liter of water,
  • 1 glass of almonds hydrated for about 8 hours,
  • 3 dates,
  • 1 tablespoon shallow coconut oil,
  • 1 pinch of salt to preserve.

Preparation of vegetable milks:

Beat the water with the sesame seeds in the blender, strain the strainer in the bowl, then add the remaining ingredients and beat again in the juicer until it has a homogeneous consistency.

Suggestions for recipes with vegetable milks:

  • Make vitamins (see the recipe for cacao energetic vitamin, with litter and sesame or almond milk).
