- 500 ml of sesame or almonds vegetable milk (see the vegetable milk recipe in the other file)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa nibs raw,
- 2 ripe bananas,
- 1 tablespoon raw maca,
- 3 dates Medjool,
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder.
Add cardamom in seed or powder, vanilla bean, ginger, pollen, chia or activated flaxseed and cayenne pepper.
Beat all ingredients in the blender. Drink soon after.
