Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of sesame or almonds vegetable milk (see the vegetable milk recipe in the other file)
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa nibs raw,
  • 2 ripe bananas,
  • 1 tablespoon raw maca,
  • 3 dates Medjool,
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder.

Optional:

Add cardamom in seed or powder, vanilla bean, ginger, pollen, chia or activated flaxseed and cayenne pepper.

Preparation:

Beat all ingredients in the blender. Drink soon after.

Portion for 4 people.
